Mr. Withycombe har tjänstgjort som vår Chief People Officer sedan oktober 2022 och har tidigare tjänstgjort i olika roller, inklusive Vice President of Talent & Rewards, Senior Director of Talent & Rewards, Senior Director of Talent Management, Senior Director of Human Resources och Human Resources Director mellan november 2017 och augusti 2022. Mr. Withycombe har också tidigare tjänstgjort i roller på DirectTV, Raytheon Company och Del Monte Foods, Inc. Mr. Withycombe har en B.A. i ekonomi och statsvetenskap från Pepperdine University och M.S. i International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management från The London School of Economics and Political Science.
